Yes. Your first website build and a starter set of AI credits are free. No credit card required to sign up. You only pay when you scale beyond the free tier or activate premium automations.

No. If you can describe your business in a few sentences, you can use Green Circuit. There is no coding, no design software, and no complex setup. Our AI handles the technical side.

You describe your business, upload a logo, and our AI generates a full branded website using your brand colours, fonts, and content. The site is deployed live on greencircuit.co.za within 90 seconds. You can then modify it, connect your own domain, or use it as-is.

Your website is hosted on the Green Circuit WordPress platform at greencircuit.co.za/your-business-name. You can use this URL directly or point your own domain to it. We handle all hosting, security, and backups.

Yes. You can request changes through the AI chat builder, which will rebuild or update sections of your site. For major redesigns, simply describe what you want and the AI generates a new version for your approval.

The AI Lead Handler is an automation that monitors your website contact form. When someone submits a message, the AI reads it, scores the lead as hot, warm, cold, or spam, sends a personalised reply to the customer, and notifies you about leads that need your attention. It runs 24/7 automatically.

The AI replies on behalf of your business using your tone of voice and business information. It does not claim to be human. It represents your brand professionally and accurately. You can review the AI reply style in your account settings.

All leads are stored securely in your account dashboard. You can view, filter, and update the status of every lead. Data is retained for 24 months then automatically deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Credits are consumed each time an automation runs. For example, the AI Lead Handler uses 1 credit per form submission processed. You purchase credits in packs from your account dashboard. The Starter Pack gives you 50 credits (enough for 50 lead replies).

Automations will pause when credits reach zero. You will receive an email notification before this happens so you can top up. Your website will remain live and your data is never deleted due to low credits.

Used credits are non-refundable as the AI processing has already occurred. Unused credits from a pack may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used. Contact us at support@greencircuit.co.za for assistance.
