Terms of Service
In plain language: By using Green Circuit you agree to these terms. Use our platform fairly, pay for what you use, and do not misuse the AI or other users data.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Green Circuit account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Green Circuit provides the following services:
- AI Website Builder - AI-generated websites deployed to the greencircuit.co.za platform or your own domain
- AI Lead Handler - Automated triage, scoring, and response to contact form submissions
- GCA Platform - AI-powered business operations including monthly reports, review responses, social content, and SEO
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Credits and Billing
Certain features operate on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when automations run. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Green Circuit to:
- Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or deceptive communications
- Collect data from third parties without their consent
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to circumvent platform limits or security controls
- Impersonate another person or business
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content you provide, including your business information, images, and website copy. Green Circuit owns the platform, AI models, templates, and underlying infrastructure. By using our services, you grant Green Circuit a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of delivering the services.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI on your behalf (including website copy, email replies, and reports) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is presented to your customers. Green Circuit does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Green Circuit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers including Make.com, OpenAI, or hosting infrastructure.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, then deleted.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
